Validation & GAMP

Process Validation is defined as establishing documented evidence which provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process will consistently produce a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality attributes.

Validation is the process of documenting the design, installation, operation and performance of an operating system. Periodically all water treatment systems may be inspected by the local or international inspecting authorities to ensure that the pharmaceutical facility complies with the local or international regulations. Ultimately the user is responsible for validating the water system to make sure that it meets the requirements of the inspectors, however the supplier will need to provide most of the test documentation for the water treatment plant.

Our project execution follow stringent procedures which are driven by our Quality Management and the Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP).

GAMP is our key guide and detail precisely each step of the project lifecycle. The daily implementation of these procedures allow us to deliver installations compliant with FDA & USP regulations.
