Ionpro LX™ systems are high capacity pre-engineered, fully integrated water treatment systems, housed in a single compact portable cabinet. Ionpro LX™ includes the lastest generation of continous electrodeionisation technology.
The Ionpro LX™ systems produce from 500 to 1000 litres/hr (2.2 to 4.4 gpm) of multimegohm high purity water.
The units can be connected directly to the mains water supply and produce high purity, bacteria-free water to feed a ring main or a storage tank.
Peracetic acid (in hydrogen peroxide) at a concentration of 0.2% by volume is used for sanitisation. The sanitant is fed to the buffer tank through a positive action dosing mechanism using a 250 ml (8.45 oz) bottle of concentrate supplied with the unit. Upon initiation of the cycle from the key pad and sensing of the sanitant by the monitor, the sanitization cycle starts and is processed automatically. An automatic rinsing cycle then flushes the sanitant out of the loop. After verifying the complete absence of sanitant in the unit, a security code must be entered prior to restarting pure water production.
